Her short, demo videos are great reminders of how to do the exercises if necessary and videoing myself doing the exercises means Nat can check my form for next time. It’s not quite as fun as being in the room with the gorgeous and inspiring Nat herself, but it’s still an enjoyable and worthwhile compromise that I intend to continue with”
